Colin Armstrong represented the seller of a 4.5 acres mixed use development site in Central Austin’s East Sixth Street Corridor. The sale was structured to help seller participate in the exchange process to defer tax implications and relocate into a newly constructed facility. The East 6th site was redeveloped into a mixed use retail, office and multifamily project.
